How to Eat Healthy
I wanted to share my tips on getting healthy. I have some ideas that you are probably aware of and some that are probably new for you. So read on and I hope you become inspired!
Just move your body
I don't care how you do it, but work in some form of activity level into your day. I don't care if it's just using the stairs instead of taking the lift or simply parking your car in the last spot of the parking lot simply to make yourself to walk further. Our movements do not have to be necessarily planned as in taking an exercise class or deciding to go for a run. They can be small choices we make throughout our day. For example, instead of driving to the mailbox, I will often times walk. Wear a pedometer and set small achievable goals each day.
Get enough sleep
Getting enough shut eye is just as important as moving your body. Many of us are very sleep deprived and this takes a toll on our health. Some ways to get better sleep is being consistent with your bed and wake up times. You can eat foods before bed that promote better sleep such as warm milk. You can also cut out sleep bandits, such as caffeine and alcohol before bed.
